Ideal for ongoing Airbnb and short-term rental clients, this service focuses on the essential areas of your property to ensure it is clean, fresh, and ready for every check-in and check-out.

This clean includes bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas, with surfaces wiped down, floors vacuumed and mopped, beds made, and the space tidied and reset for incoming guests. The goal is a hygienic, well-presented property that meets guest expectations without unnecessary add-ons.

Efficient, affordable, and professionally delivered, the Airbnb Basic Clean helps maintain consistency, high guest satisfaction, and smooth turnovers with flexible booking options and only 1-hour notice required, so your property stays guest-ready with minimal effort.

Please note: Minimum booking is 2 hours. This can be 2 cleaners for 1 hour (2 hours total) or 1 cleaner for 2 hours, depending on your property size and needs.
